Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-orientated content publisher responsible for uploading, formatting, and publishing content on our WordPress website. The role focuses on ensuring content is accurately presented, visually consistent, and published on time.
Experience Required: 0-1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Upload articles, blogs, and other content into the WordPress editor
- Format content (headings, images, links, tables, etc.) for proper readability and layout
- Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, and overall presentation
- Add and optimize images, alt text, and basic metadata
- Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar
- Proofread content for formatting errors (not writing/editing content)
- Maintain proper categorization, tags, and URL structure
- Coordinate with writers, designers, or SEO teams when needed
- Ensure content is mobile-friendly and visually aligned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of WordPress dashboard and editor
- Understanding of content formatting and web layout
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with images, hyperlinks, and media uploads
- Basic understanding of SEO elements (meta tags, alt text) is a plus
- Ability to follow guidelines and deadlines
