Synapse Circle Private Limited is a fast-growing ecosystem built for doctors. We run multiple products under one roof, Synapse Sprints (medical exam prep), Brittle (clinic essentials & gifting), Synapse Circle (a community of 2,000+ doctors), and SafeCircle (confidential teleconsultation), with more in the pipeline.

Role Description
We're looking for a Digital Lead to own the entire digital backbone of Synapse. You'll be the person who makes sure everything we put online, websites, campaigns, tracking, automations actually works, looks sharp, gets measured, and drives growth.
This is not a narrow developer role. You'll wear multiple hats and grow into the digital expert of the company.
What You'll Do
Website Development
- Build and maintain websites end-to-end across Webflow, Framer, WordPress, and Shopify
- Design and ship landing pages, campaign pages, and product pages
- Ensure responsiveness, performance, and clean UX across devices
Integrations & Tracking
- Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking
- Integrate Mailchimp, CRMs, and other marketing/automation tools
- Connect the dots between website, ads, and email flows
Technical SEO
- On-page SEO, schema markup, sitemap, page speed, Core Web Vitals
- Implement SEO recommendations and gradually take ownership of strategy
Ads & Campaigns
- Set up and run basic Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Track performance, report on what's working, optimize over time
Digital Ownership
- Light content support, landing page copy, banners, campaign assets
- Be the technical voice in the room when we're making product or marketing decisions
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of hands-on web development experience
- Strong with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, at least two of these at expert level
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customization
- Solid eye for design, you can build in Figma or work confidently from a Figma file
- Familiar with Google Analytics and GTM (or willing to learn fast)
- You take ownership. You don't wait for instructions on small things.
- You're curious about marketing, SEO, and ads, even if you're not an expert yet
- You communicate clearly and meet deadlines without being chased
Bonus Points
- Experience with animations (GSAP, Lottie, Spline, Matter.js)
- Past work on multi-product or agency setups
- Basic ads experience (Google or Meta)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
