About Certinal:
Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
WordPress Developer with deep expertise in
Elementor and strong experience in converting
Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate also has solid backend understanding and hands-on experience managing hosting environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor (Pro)
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and conflicts
- Work with hosting environments and deploy websites
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to improve UI/UX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Elementor Theme Builder
- Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom post types
- Experience with staging environments and migrations
- Understanding of version control (Git)
Experience Required
- 2–5+ years of WordPress development experience
- Strong portfolio of Elementor-based websites
- Proven experience converting Figma designs into live websites
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect execution)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with WordPress development
- Advanced proficiency in Elementor (custom layouts, global styles, dynamic content)
- Proven experience working with Figma (design handoff, spacing, typography, components)
- Solid knowledge of:
- HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- JavaScript / jQuery
- Good working knowledge of PHP (beyond basics) for customization and debugging
- Experience with theme customization and child themes
- Hands-on experience with:
- VPS / Cloud hosting environments
- Website deployments and server management
- SSH, SFTP, and basic command-line operations
- Familiarity with performance optimization (caching, image optimization, Core Web Vitals)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
