Job Description:
We are seeking a WordPress Developer with at least 1 year of experience in WordPress development to work on exciting projects for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development. Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Create and manage responsive, mobile-friendly WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing WordPress websites.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to bring new features to life.
- Perform website migrations, updates, and optimizations.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast, and optimized for performance.
- Assist in the integration of third-party tools and APIs with WordPress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in WordPress development.
Requirements:
- 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
- Experience with website optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to WordPress.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- A passion for learning new technologies and keeping up with WordPress updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WooCommerce development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration.
- Knowledge of Gutenberg block development.
