ROLE OVERVIEW

· Role: WordPress Developer — Custom Themes & Plugins
· Experience: 3+ years of professional experience
· Salary: ₹50,000 per month
· Work Mode: Fully Remote

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
· Custom WordPress themes from Figma designs
· Plugin development, customisation & custom plugin architecture
· WooCommerce integrations and customisations
· MemberPress setup, customisation & ongoing management
· Payment gateway integrations — PayPal, Stripe & Razorpay
· REST APIs within the WordPress ecosystem
· Performance optimisation, caching & Core Web Vitals improvements
· Security implementations and best practices

WHAT WE NEED (Must-Have)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
· 3+ years of WordPress development experience
· Strong PHP, HTML, CSS & JavaScript proficiency
· Custom theme development from scratch
· Strong knowledge of custom plugin architecture
· WooCommerce customisation experience
· MemberPress experience (setup, config & management)
· Payment gateway integration — PayPal, Stripe & Razorpay
· REST API development within WordPress ecosystem
· Git workflow — staging-first, no direct live edits
· Performance focus: caching, image optimisation & Core Web Vitals

NICE TO HAVE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
· Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg page builders
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of WordPress security best practices
