Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and plugins. Your tasks will include creating responsive, user-focused web designs; developing, testing, and deploying customized web solutions; troubleshooting technical issues; and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure seamless user experiences and project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Front-End Development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design principles.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including PHP, WordPress Core, and working with databases like MySQL.
- Proficiency in Web Design and Web Development tools, plugins, and themes within WordPress.
- Knowledge of best practices for SEO, site performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and plugin issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is a plus but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
