Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites with a focus on both front-end and back-end development. The responsibilities include creating responsive web designs, customizing themes, developing plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring that websites are user-friendly and functional. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying up to date with the latest trends in WordPress and web development are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Solid experience in Back-End Web Development and WordPress customization
- Proficiency in Web Design and creating visually appealing layouts
- Strong technical ability in WordPress and broader Web Development frameworks
- Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience working on similar projects or in the tech industry is highly desirable
