Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer based in Bengaluru. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing and developing responsive websites, managing back-end and front-end development, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites, troubleshooting performance and security issues, and collaborating with the design and content teams to meet project goals. The role requires delivering high-quality work within deadlines while keeping up with emerging web development trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including PHP, MySQL, and database management
- Expertise in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating page builders
- Experience in Responsive Web Design to ensure usability and accessibility across devices
- Strong skills in Web Design with attention to detail and a focus on user experience
- Proficiency in Web Development with hands-on experience in managing WordPress websites and optimizing website performance
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and integration with websites
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in using version control systems like Git is a plus
