Mandatory Skills
- WordPress development and customization

Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams or clients to understand website requirements
- Implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Develop and maintain WooCommerce-based features
- Customize layouts, templates, and UI components
- Perform website performance checks and basic optimizations
- Troubleshoot layout, plugin, and content issues
- Monitor live website performance and resolve bugs
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Core Technical
- Proven experience in WordPress development
- Strong experience installing, configuring, and customizing themes/plugins
- Good understanding of theme development concepts
- Exposure to plugin development.
- Exposure to WooCommerce customization
- Working knowledge of MySQL and database structure
- Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery
- Experience with Git or other version control tools
- Familiarity with browser debugging tools
- Basic knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter or Drupal (Added Advantage)
- Understanding of website performance optimization(Added Advantage)
- Experience working in Agile teams
