We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who thinks like a marketer. Someone who understands that site speed, clean architecture, and tracking pixels are just as important as the design.
You’ll be the architect and technical lead for our WordPress ecosystem, ensuring every site we launch is fast, secure, and built to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Engineer Performance: Build and maintain custom WordPress sites that ace Core Web Vitals.
- Bridge the Gap: Turn marketing strategies into high-converting landing pages.
- Own the Data: Deploy tracking (GTM/GA4) so we never fly blind.
- Optimize Everything: Fix the bottlenecks that slow down SEO and user journeys.

- You understand Technical SEO (Schema, Sitemaps, and indexing).
- You’ve managed Meta Pixels and Google Ads integrations before.
- You know that a 1-second delay in load time costs revenue.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years in WordPress development (custom themes/PHP/CSS).
- Proven experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment.
- You speak the language of both developers and marketers.
- You are proactive; you find the bug before the client does.
