Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include building website layouts and functionalities, optimizing site performance, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, and troubleshooting technical issues. The developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including experience with PHP and MySQL
- Expertise in Front-End Development with skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in Responsive Web Design and creating user-friendly interfaces
- Strong foundation in Web Design and understanding of UX/UI principles
- Proven track record in Web Development using WordPress, including theme and plugin customization
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing tools or SEO practices is a plus
