Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites. Daily tasks include developing custom themes and plugins, ensuring responsive web design, improving user experiences through front-end and back-end development, and troubleshooting website issues. Collaboration with designers and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including PHP, MySQL, and plugin customization
- Experience with Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong skills in Responsive Web Design to create mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible websites
- Knowledge of Web Design principles and UI/UX best practices
- Experience in WordPress Web Development, including custom themes and integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Git for version control
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is a plus
