About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated WordPress Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites that meet both client specifications and industry standards. Your primary focus will be on designing custom themes, implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces, and optimizing website functionality for performance and reliability. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating various plugins and web technologies to extend website capabilities. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This position offers a commission-based payment structure, providing an opportunity to directly influence your earnings based on project success and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including Responsive Web Design and Web Design
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Web Development for dynamic and scalable applications
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce, is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt seamlessly to remote team environments
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
