About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining professional websites tailored to client specifications. Qualifications

Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required to customize plugins and develop unique features. A solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization is necessary to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Bonus skills include API integrations, security hardening, and familiarity with AI tools. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their skills through a portfolio of website references, including live sites, screenshots, or before/after comparisons.
Responsibilities
- Create and customize WordPress websites, including themes and plugins, to meet client specifications.
- Integrate APIs, dashboards, forms, and other advanced functionalities to enhance website capabilities.
- Optimize website performance, focusing on speed, SEO, and structural efficiency.
- Deliver responsive, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX designs that ensure excellent user engagement.
- Maintain, secure, and regularly update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage hosting environments, DNS configurations, backups, and website migrations effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
