About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly design. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our web presence, optimizing website functionality, and implementing innovative features that align with our strategic goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential. Experience in building custom WordPress themes and plugins, along with familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg, is highly desirable. A solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations is necessary for seamless connectivity with external tools. Knowledge of MySQL and database management is required to ensure efficient data handling. Candidates should also have experience with version control tools such as Git, along with a basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are critical for success in this role. UI/UX design skills are considered a plus, as they contribute to creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors promptly to minimize downtime and maintain site integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, content teams, and backend developers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital solutions.
- Ensure website security by implementing best practices and performing regular updates and backups to safeguard data.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code to facilitate future updates and team collaboration.
