Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer located in Puducherry. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing and developing websites with responsive layouts, customizing themes, and integrating plugins. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, debugging technical issues, optimizing website performance, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial for aligning designs with functional requirements and maintaining project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Web Development frameworks for WordPress
- Experience in Web Design best practices to create visually appealing and functional websites
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Familiarity with WordPress theme customization, plugin development, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of SEO optimization techniques and performance improvement strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working in an agency setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
