Word Press Publisher – Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented WordPress Content Publisher to manage and publish blogs and course pages for CliniLaunch and Win In Life Academy. The role involves transforming content into well-structured, visually consistent, and SEO-ready web pages using WordPress and page builders. You will work closely with the content team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and speed in publishing. This is a hands-on execution role focused on quality, scalability, and attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Publish and format blogs on WordPress with proper structure (H1, H2, H3, internal links, images)
- Create and manage location-based course pages using predefined templates
- Build and edit pages using Elementor or Gutenberg
- Implement basic on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, URL structure)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and consistent layout across pages
- Update and maintain existing pages as required
- Perform quality checks before publishing (formatting, links, CTAs, responsiveness)
- Manage and optimize images and media assets
Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS
- Hands-on experience with Elementor or Gutenberg
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with on-page SEO practices and tools (Yoast / RankMath)
- Good understanding of content formatting and readability
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
- Ability to follow templates and SOPs efficiently
Who is Eligible
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in WordPress or website content publishing
- Freshers with hands-on WordPress/project/internship experience
- Candidates who have worked on blog publishing or website page creation
- Individuals comfortable working with page builders like Elementor/Gutenberg
- Candidates with strong attention to detail and execution focus
- Those who can handle volume work and meet deadlines consistently
