Key Responsibilities
Website Development
• Build and customize WordPress websites using Bricks Builder (preferred) and Elementor
• Convert designs (Figma/wireframes) into responsive, pixel-perfect pages
• Create landing pages and funnels aligned with marketing campaigns
Design Execution & UI Precision
• Ensure strong visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and responsiveness
• Maintain consistency across pages with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Improve existing pages for better UX and conversion
Technical Development
• Customize themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Handle integrations (GoHighLevel, forms, analytics tools, APIs)
• Optimize website performance (speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness)
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Manage updates, bug fixes, and site enhancements
• Monitor uptime, security, and backups
• Quickly resolve front-end and back-end issues
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of WordPress development experience
• Hands-on experience with Bricks Builder and/or Elementor
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Basic PHP for WordPress customization
• Strong design eye (layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness)
• Experience building conversion-focused landing pages
