Role Description The Finance Director at Talento a tu medida will oversee the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, reviewing and interpreting financial statements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting. The Finance Director will collaborate with leadership to assess financial performance, manage risks, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and recommend improvements to financial processes and controls. The role also involves guiding finance team members, coordinating with external auditors and advisors, and preparing clear financial presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance foundation, including experience in corporate finance and overall financial management.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and cash flow management.
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in a leadership role within finance, with responsibility for strategy, risk management, and compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements applicable in the region.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
