Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you In this customer-focused role we are looking for our new team member that: Understands good customer service. Help us make customer first decisions aligned to our processes and systems Work well within our team and communicate effectively A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift Most important a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
