Community Operations Supervisor
Our vision is on developing premier neighborhoods with emphasis on creating beautiful parks, common areas and exceptional amenities. The Community Operations Supervisor role is to provide professional management and oversight of resources to ensure we continue to meet our vision.
General responsibilities
The Community Operations Supervisor role is to provide professional management of new and existing properties, including but not limited to: In-house resources, new and existing landscape maintenance programs, project management, operational budgets, and personnel management.
Specific Responsibilities
The C.A.M. Co. is an In-house landscape maintenance/installation company created to improve community landscape appearance and provide exceptional service to the Development Co. and its customers. The goal is to continue to improve the operations to be sustainable and profitable.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Financial management - Operating budget, P/L
• Personnel management - Staff reviews, staff sourcing, establish priorities, resources
• Project management - Establish scopes of work, budgets and scheduling to complete projects
• Establish Irrigation programs, maintenance/repair and maintain as-builts
Administration responsibilities:
• Establish budgets
• Manage Cost to budget
• Property Maintenance
• Project Management
• Communication with customers, maintaining proper documentation and follow up
• Secure bids or estimates on job lists & projects as required
COMMUNITIES
Legacy Communities:
• Inventory Lots - Establish scopes of work to improve inventory lots, establish budgets and resources to perform work.
• Property Dedication - As key milestones are met, establish scopes of repair work, budgets and resources necessary to dedicate developed sections to the Master Neighborhood Association.
• Manage annual maintenance programs to budgets for common areas, right-of-way's, vacant lots.
• Assist with the management of HOA's: Communication, budgets, capital projects and maintenance programs.
New Communities:
• Establish scopes of work, budgets and resources necessary to manage capital projects and improve common area landscape.
• Establish agronomic programs to maintain common areas.
General qualifications:
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office)
• Prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner
