Responsibilities
- Fellows develop expertise through hands-on, classroom-based coaching in areas such as augmentive and alternative communication (AAC), social-emotional learning, behavior support, trauma-informed practice, differentiated instruction, and transition-to-workforce skills. Training emphasizes real-time application, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
