Description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal person enjoys working with others, is very organized, and helps create a welcoming office environment.  Willing to train the right candidate.


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Data entry, light bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinating and placing orders, assisting management
  • Providing general office support as needed in a diverse environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and able to get along well with others
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Well organized, clean, basic computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
