Woodland Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our operations team. This is a shop-first position, where the majority of time is spent building and prepping window units using tools such as table saws and miter boxes.
The role also includes deliveries and general warehouse support as needed.
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn hands-on shop work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble window units, including mulling and jamb application
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately
- Operate shop tools, including table saws, miter boxes, drills, and hand tools
- Complete and maintain shop paperwork to track jobs and workflow
- Load and unload materials safely
- Deliver products to job sites as needed
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse
- Provide professional and respectful service during deliveries
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE
