The Warehouse Driver / Shop Worker is responsible for assembling window units, operating shop equipment, assisting with warehouse operations, and delivering materials to job sites. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assemble window units, including mulling and jamb application
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials using shop tools (table saw, miter box, drills)
- Complete and maintain accurate shop and job tracking paperwork
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production and delivery
- Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support team operations as needed across shop and warehouse functions
