</div><div>The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a <strong>Full-Time Assistant Regional Manager</strong> to support operations at our <strong>Hoboken and Montclair locations</strong>. This position requires <strong>travel between both spas</strong>, and <strong>availability for at least one weekend day</strong> is required.<br><br>

</div><div>As Assistant Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Managing and monitoring all areas of spa operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures outlined in the Woodhouse Spa Operations Manual<br><br>
</li>
<li>Demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional customer service to promote guest satisfaction and retention, while serving as a secondary point of contact for guest concerns, feedback, and follow-ups<br><br>
</li>
<li>Supporting and overseeing marketing initiatives and coordinating reputation management efforts<br><br>
</li>
<li>Forecasting revenue, managing labor costs, monitoring expenses against budget, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance<br><br>
</li>
<li>Managing and reviewing operational reports and systems to ensure accurate guest records and reporting<br><br>
</li>
<li>Addressing employee call-outs and day-of scheduling challenges<br><br>
</li>
<li>Supporting both spa locations to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals, while assisting location leaders with coaching teams to achieve departmental and individual objectives<br><br>
</li>
<li>Overseeing inventory processes, including ordering and maintaining back bar and retail products<br><br>
</li>
<li>Managing payroll processes, including adjusting employee punches and submitting payroll reports each pay period<br><br>
</li>
<li>Coordinating and managing training opportunities for in-spa operations, product knowledge, and treatment protocols<br><br>
</li>
<li>Recruiting qualified candidates through employment platforms and agencies, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing employee separations when necessary<br><br>
</li>
<li>Onboarding new employees, including:<br><br><ul>
<li>Collecting and scanning new hire documentation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Coordinating training schedules<br><br>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assisting with additional projects and operational needs to ensure the spa operates at peak performance<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Preferred <strong>2+ years of management experience</strong> in a spa, retail, hospitality, or cosmetics environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong experience in <strong>guest relations and team leadership<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Skills include <strong>administration, organization, communication, retail management, training, and computer proficiency<br></strong><br>
</li>
