We’re Hiring: Production Supervisor – Solid Wood Furniture (Ownership Role)
📍 Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Production Supervisor who can take complete ownership of our wooden furniture manufacturing.
This is not a routine supervisory role — we need someone who can confidently say:
👉 “Leave it to me, I’ll take care of production.”
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Complete ownership of shopfloor operations (woodworking to finishing)
• Managing carpenters, polishers & machine operators end-to-end
• Ensuring export-quality production in Mango & Acacia wood
• Meeting timelines without constant follow-ups
• Solving production challenges independently
• Maintaining quality, efficiency & minimal wastage
• Coordinating with design & QC teams seamlessly
Who We’re Looking For:
• 6–12 years of solid experience in wooden furniture manufacturing
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
• Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions — takes initiative
• Deep understanding of solid wood construction & finishing
• Confident in handling complete production responsibility
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with export orders & international quality standards
• Knowledge of KD furniture & packaging
