<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Draft, edit, and manage high-level legal and executive correspondence, documents, and reports</li>
<li>Proactively monitor and triage executive email communications, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization</li>
<li>Research, review, and abstract legal and business documents in support of ongoing matters</li>
<li>Coordinate complex scheduling, manage executive calendars, and arrange domestic and regional travel</li>
<li>Serve as a professional point of contact for internal departments, outside counsel, and business partners</li>
<li>Field and appropriately route information requests, always exercising sound judgment and confidentiality</li>

<strong>Qualifications & Experience<br></strong><br>

<li>Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines with composure</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Critical thinking skills and sound professional judgment</li>
<li>Polished, professional demeanor with outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint</li>
<li>Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information</li>
