<strong>Contracts Analyst – Legal Department<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Woodbury Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Analyst to join our in-house legal team. This full-time, in-office position plays a critical role in supporting the company's real estate and property management operations by analyzing, abstracting, and managing a high volume of complex contractual and legal documents across the organization.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Review and analyze complex real estate, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and corporate structure documents, translating legal language into clear, actionable summaries for entry into the company's internal database</li>
<li>Support finance, development, and other corporate teams by providing timely contract intelligence that enables faster and more informed decision-making</li>
<li>Draft, research, and revise a broad range of transactional and corporate documents with accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Manage contract workflows, routing, approvals, and execution timelines in a high-volume environment</li>
<li>Coordinate deadlines and priorities across multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain accurate time entry and tracking records</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and outside partners in a fast-paced setting</li>

<strong>Qualifications & Experience<br></strong><br>

<li>Experience with commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong critical thinking and attention to detail</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel</li>
<li>Experience with contract lifecycle management and workflow coordination</li>
<li>Proficiency with SharePoint, DocuSign, and enterprise collaboration tools</li>
<li>Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal and business information</li>
