Front Desk Associate (Part-Time – Morning Shift)
Sundays 6am-1pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-3pm, with ability to open during week at 5am when needed

Position Summary
The Club at Woodbridge is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members and guests while providing excellent customer service and administrative support during morning hours.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Morning shifts (hours to be discussed)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check members in and assist with account inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to general questions
- Handle basic transactions and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while assisting with towel services
- Provide information about club services, programs, and policies
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, point-of-sale systems preferred)
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with membership systems or scheduling software
