User Experience Designer

As a User Experience Designer at Wondershare, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences across our suite of productivity and creativity applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to research, ideate, prototype, and validate design solutions that delight our users. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to deeply understand our users' needs, pain points, and behaviors - Generate user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to inform design decisions - Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize user requirements - Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems to communicate design concepts - Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs - Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices in the industry Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or product designer - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects and design processes - Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and visual design - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Knowledge of web and mobile design principles and patterns
