Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote the foundation's mission and programs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, community partners, and volunteers to expand outreach and support services.
- Planning and organizing events, workshops, and initiatives that empower women and promote social change.
- Providing support and mentorship to program participants, helping them build skills and confidence.
- Conducting research and assessments to evaluate program impact and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Managing program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
- Advocating for women's rights and social justice issues through education, awareness campaigns, and policy initiatives.
