iOS Engineer | Consumer Mobile Platform

As an iOS Engineer on the Consumer Mobile Platform team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Wolt mobile app for iOS, which is the primary interface for our customers. You will work closely with the team of mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and enhancements to the app, ensuring a delightful user experience. Your key responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain new features and functionality for the Wolt iOS app - Write high-quality, maintainable, and performant Swift/Objective-C code - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to translate requirements into technical solutions - Write automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability - Participate in architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and best practices Requirements: - Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C - Experience in developing iOS applications, including deep understanding of the iOS SDK and Apple's design guidelines - Familiarity with common iOS design patterns and architectural concepts (e.g., MVC, MVVM, etc.) - Expertise in building responsive and performant user interfaces - Experience with automated testing (unit tests, UI tests) - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and networking concepts - Solid understanding of Git and version control practices - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills in English
