HR Recruiter - On Contract

minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in Non IT recruitment Comfortable working on Contract role (3rd Party Payroll) Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients. Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations and referencing. Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview. Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same. Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly. To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met. Good Communication Skills Immediate joiners preferred
