Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in RTR, PTP, and OTC operations within a BPO environment.ERP Expertise: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams and driving performance.Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and issue resolution capabilities.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Stakeholder Management: Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
