Job Description:
This role serves as the Software Engineering Technical Lead for the Advanced Analytics Enablement Product Suite, including Model Factory. The position supports foundational advanced analytics capabilities across the enterprise and partners closely with the Enterprise Analytic Office, citizen analytic developers, and cross functional teams to enable end to end analytical model development and delivery.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide technical leadership across the Enterprise Analytics Suite portfolio.
- Coordinate, mentor, and coach technical leads and engineering team members.
- Drive technical uplift initiatives and enhance platform capabilities within the analytics suite.
- Lead teams in delivering high quality, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, and support both packaged and custom-built applications.
- Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Drive collaboration, alignment, and execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience:
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
- Strong programming experience with Python and R.
- Familiarity with APIs and APIGEE.
- Exposure to Generative AI techniques and related technologies.
