Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Derivatives, Capital Markets, Financial Markets, or Banking to lead training and education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote financial markets and derivatives education programs with colleges, universities, and academic institutions.
- Build and manage partnerships with educational institutions for certification programs and curriculum development.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, and training sessions for students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Develop and enhance training content and introduce new learning programs.
- Drive awareness and adoption of financial markets education initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand educational outreach.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Derivatives, Capital Markets, and Financial Markets.
- Experience in Training, Learning & Development, Academic Relations, Education Programs, or Financial Markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
