Sumeru Digital is hiring! We're looking for a sharp, personable Technical Support cum Project Coordinator to be the bridge between our clients and our tech team.
What you'll do
• Handle client communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Understand, sort, and track customer issues through to resolution
• Test software, identify bugs, and file clear bug reports
• Coordinate project updates between clients and internal teams
• Use AI tools to automate routine work (we'll train you)
What we're looking for
• Strong communication skills — written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• A pleasant, client-facing personality
• Prior experience is a plus — freshers welcome, we'll train the right person
• Comfort with (or curiosity about) AI tools
