yWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of turnkey contracting projects across India. The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, vendor development, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
.The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, extensive vendor and contractor networks across India, and the willingness to travel extensively for project monitoring and execution
.Key Responsibilitie
sProject & Operations Managemen
- tLead the execution of multiple turnkey projects simultaneously across India
- .Plan, monitor, and control all operational activities from project initiation to handover
- .Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines, approved budgets, and quality standards
- .Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, and implementation schedules
- .Conduct regular site reviews and monitor project progress
- .Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth coordination between teams
.Vendor & Procurement Managemen
- tDevelop and maintain a strong network of vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service partners across India
- .Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage reliable vendors
- .Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies
- .Ensure timely procurement of materials and services without compromising quality
- .Monitor vendor performance and establish long-term strategic partnerships
.Team Leadershi
- pLead and mentor project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and execution staff
- .Allocate manpower efficiently across multiple project locations
- .Drive accountability, productivity, and operational excellence
- .Conduct regular performance reviews and training initiatives
.Client Managemen
- tAct as the primary operational interface with clients
- .Participate in project review meetings and provide regular progress updates
- .Address client concerns proactively and maintain strong professional relationships
- .Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution
.Budget & Cost Contro
- lPrepare and monitor project budgets and operational costs
- .Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- .Review project profitability and control operational expenditures
- .Approve vendor quotations and commercial proposals within authority limits
.Quality, Safety & Complianc
- eEnsure strict adherence to quality standards and company SOPs
- .Monitor compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements
- .Conduct periodic audits of project sites
- .Implement best practices for risk management and quality assurance
.Reporting & MI
- SPrepare operational dashboards, project status reports, and management MIS
- .Monitor KPIs related to project timelines, budgets, productivity, and quality
- .Present periodic operational reviews to senior management

- sBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- .MBA in Operations or Project Management will be an added advantage
.Travel Requirement
- sExtensive Pan India travel is mandatory
- .Willingness to visit multiple project sites, vendor locations, factories, and client offices on a regular basis

- .Hands-on leader with the ability to manage operations strategically as well as operationally
- .Self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
