About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system-level programming, data structures, and performance optimization, with the ability to work on large-scale, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C++
- Write efficient, reusable, and high-performance code
- Work on system design, debugging, and optimization of complex applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on performance and reliability
- Ensure code quality, testing, and adherence to best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in C++ development
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Solid experience with OOP concepts, multithreading, and concurrency
- Good knowledge of STL, memory management, and pointers
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Good to Have
- Experience with networking, distributed systems, or system-level programming
- Exposure to other programming languages like Python/Java
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of low-latency or high-performance systems
