To accelerate this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer (m/f/d) who is passionate about building real-world applications using the latest AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your mission
As our Senior AI Engineer, you will identify opportunities to leverage AI across the business and rapidly turn ideas into production-ready solutions. You’ll work directly with the founders and operational teams to build AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and create intelligent systems that drive efficiency and growth.

Your responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and internal tools.
* Build solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and other frontier models.
* Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation systems.
* Integrate AI applications with existing business systems via APIs.
* Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and knowledge bases.
* Evaluate, test, and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
* Contribute to our long-term AI and automation strategy.

Your profile
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, with substantial experience building AI applications.
* Strong hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
* Excellent coding skills in Python and experience with modern software development practices.
* Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as:
* OpenAI API
* Anthropic Claude
* LangChain / LangGraph
* LlamaIndex
* Vector databases
* MCP servers and AI tooling ecosystems
* Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
* Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, and system integrations.
* Ability to work independently and rapidly prototype new ideas.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent English is required.

* Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or Power Automate.
* Experience with RAG architectures, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI systems.
* Experience building internal productivity tools or enterprise AI applications.
* Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems and business software integrations.
