Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer/AI Developer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure software components and AI-driven solutions that support OT security products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating machine learning or AI models into production systems, and collaborating with security specialists to address OT-specific requirements. The engineer will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization, as well as contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices. The role also includes working closely with cross-functional teams to translate security and business needs into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building scalable and maintainable systems.
- Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model integration, and data processing pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or OT security domains, ISA 62443 standards, or industrial control systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Bengaluru, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience 1+ years in Programming Go, Python, React, Vue, Docker, AWS, GitHub.
