Job Summary :
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can bridge Product and Engineering while
leading the successful delivery of web and mobile products. The ideal candidate will own
architecture decisions, release planning, engineering standards, AI-assisted development
adoption, and team coaching. This role requires strong full-stack expertise across frontend,
backend, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
The Technical Lead will serve as a force multiplier for the engineering organization by
improving delivery predictability, mentoring engineers, introducing modern technologies and
development practices, and driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
● Design scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions across frontend, backend,
cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
● Translate business requirements into technical execution plans and solution designs.
● Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
● Provide hands-on support to unblock teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
● Establish and enforce coding standards, development conventions, and engineering
workflows.
Delivery Ownership
● Own release planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution.
● Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across engineering teams.
● Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
● Work closely with Product and business stakeholders to align technical execution with
business priorities.
● Track engineering delivery metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve team
efficiency and execution performance
Engineering Excellence
● Champion contract-first development practices using OpenAPI/Swagger to enable
parallel development across backend, web, mobile, QA, and Data Science teams.
● Exposure to managing mobile application development, app store publishing processes
(App Store/Google Play), and experience guiding teams using hybrid frameworks like
React Native or Ionic.
● Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automation, and engineering
productivity improvements.
● Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor/Claude and other
developer productivity solutions.
● Lead engineering productivity initiatives through AI-assisted development, workflow
optimization, automation, and modern development practices to improve team delivery
velocity and software quality.
● Improve engineering velocity, code quality, developer experience, and platform
maintainability.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, technical debt reduction,
platform modernization, and engineering automation.
Team Development
● Coach and mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, technical
guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
● Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability,
quality, and continuous learning.
● Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of engineering talent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and Data Science teams to ensure
successful execution.
● Act as the primary bridge between business requirements and engineering
implementation.
● Drive alignment across teams and proactively remove delivery bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
● Deep expertise in developing, deploying and maintaining platform based or SaaS
product
● Strong expertise in MEAN Technologies, Angular & Node.js is must.
● Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, Docker, and
AWS.
● Experience in Hybrid mobile development using React native or Ionic framework.
● Experience building and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
● Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, API-driven development,
and engineering best practices.
● Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure.
● Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and contract-first development.
● Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code,
Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
● Strong Git, code review, debugging, and engineering workflow practices.
● Exposure to managing mobile application development, app store publishing processes
(App Store/Google Play), and experience guiding teams using hybrid frameworks like
React Native or Ionic.

Qualifications & Experience
● Education: B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or
equivalent practical experience.
● Experience: 7–12+ years of software engineering experience.
