Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team.
- Manage and support production data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues.
- Optimize SQL queries, Airflow DAGs, and data workflows.
- Ensure smooth production deployments and change management.
- Implement automation and process improvements using Python and SQL.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Google BigQuery, Airflow, Python, SQL Server, Hadoop, and Data Lake.
- Experience with GCP-based data pipelines and production support.
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Kimball Data Warehouse methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce data integration.
- Experience working with global/offshore teams.
