About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing user-centric, immersive, and responsive web interfaces that enhance customer engagement and drive business success. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical foundation in modern JavaScript frameworks, styling technologies, and API integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet high standards of quality, accessibility, and performance. You will act as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using TypeScript, particularly with frameworks like NextJS and React.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.
- Experience in creating reusable, maintainable code and libraries.
- Strong ability to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
- Proven track record of building large-scale frontend applications focusing on scalability, performance, and accessibility (a11y).
- Expertise in Bootstrap, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience working with component libraries such as Radix UI and ShadCN.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations including REST and GraphQL.
- Ability to develop cross-browser compatible applications ensuring seamless performance across all browsers.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms like Contentful or Sanity, especially with server-side rendering (SSR).
- Effective collaboration within agile development teams.
- Strong foundation in designing scalable, performant systems.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and participate in technical decision-making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Angular, Vue, and data visualization frameworks such as D3 or Highcharts.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms like Vercel, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards combined with animations.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams including design, product management, and QA.
Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on development of user-focused, immersive, and responsive web applications, emphasizing clean code, testing, and continuous process improvements.
- Leverage advanced TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, Svelte, or React, along with modern styling frameworks like Tailwind, MUI, and CSS Modules, to develop content, commerce, or custom applications.
- Implement design wireframes, animations, business logic, and backend API integrations, ensuring alignment with analytics and SEO best practices.
- Maintain high standards of UI/UX quality, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and attention to detail.
- Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility, providing a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
- Define, validate, and test scalable and high-performance software solutions, ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to identify innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain reusable web components and libraries to maximize development efficiency and consistency.
- Act proactively to meet project deadlines, deliver results, and contribute to a culture of technical ownership and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends, acting as a product evangelist to promote innovative solutions within the organization.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
