Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned Adani Realty construction sites as per the scanning schedule.
- Perform 360° site reality capture using the OpenSpace camera and mobile application.
- Ensure complete coverage of the designated construction areas while following the prescribed capture path.
- Upload captured data to the OpenSpace platform after every site visit.
- Coordinate with Adani Realty site engineers and project teams for site access and scan planning.
- Ensure all scanning activities are completed in accordance with the agreed frequency and quality standards.
- Handle and maintain the OpenSpace camera and related equipment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction sites, floor plans, and building terminology.
- Comfortable working at active construction sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Familiarity with smartphones, mobile applications, and basic computer operations.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites within the assigned region.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in construction site supervision, surveying, documentation, or reality capture will be an added advantage.
