About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to drive the planning, design, and execution of our products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX, hands-on experience with wireframing, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications. You will work closely with design, development, and business teams to build intuitive, high-quality products that solve real user problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to feature release and continuous improvement.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes for new features and products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to prioritize product requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct product testing, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), identify bugs, and coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, feature specifications, and release notes.
- Analyze user feedback, business needs, and product performance to recommend enhancements.
- Brainstorm innovative solutions for product design, usability, and functionality challenges.
- Manage multiple product initiatives while maintaining strong organization and time management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user flows, and product documentation through professional experience or relevant internships.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers.
- Experience writing clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and translate complex ideas into actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience using Claude for design ideation and product workflows.
- Familiarity with Wix for website building and product prototyping.
- Experience using OpenAI tools for research, documentation, prompt engineering, or product development.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, databases, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product development and prompt engineering is an added advantage.
