Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum DTP Operator with strong expertise in CorelDRAW and Hindi & English typing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and formatting books, educational materials, brochures, and other print-ready documents while ensuring high-quality layouts and accurate text composition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format books, workbooks, manuals, and other print publications.
- Create attractive page layouts, cover designs, and illustrations using CorelDRAW.
- Perform DTP (Desktop Publishing) work with accurate Hindi and English typing.
- Prepare print-ready files as per publishing and printing standards.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and catalogs.
- Edit, format, and align text, tables, images, and graphics.
- Coordinate with the content, editorial, and printing teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Proofread layouts for formatting, typography, and design consistency.
- Make revisions based on feedback from editors and management.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure version control.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Designing and DTP operations.
- Experience in book designing, educational publishing, or print media is preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
- Hindi Typing (Mandatory).
- English Typing (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of page layout, typography, and print design.
- Ability to create print-ready artwork and files.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
