Hiring: Collection Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer outstanding accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of customer accounts, outstanding balances, and payment history.
- Handle regular follow-ups with customers for pending payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to update payment status.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company credit policy.
- Prepare and share regular collection and outstanding reports with management.
- Prioritize high-value and overdue accounts for timely collection.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime.
- Handle basic financial documentation including invoices, credit notes, due dates, and payment terms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections/accounts receivable.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial terms.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize overdue payments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
