Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in South Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage travel bookings, liaise with vendors, handle client communications, and ensure seamless coordination across various service verticals. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow efficiency, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving operational challenges efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in travel and tourism services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in operational management
- Excellent client handling, customer service, and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and expertise in resolving operational challenges
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and negotiation skills
- Proficient in office tools and basic data reporting
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
